It was in the UK but at night ooopppsss... But yea flat straight, I have a photo of it but can't uplod on my mobile.. Yes the satnav did say 108mph, but with 1200rpm before it redlines it will be well above the stated 108mph!
you have your knees either side of the wheel when you took the photo?

Good advice. If you are caught driving at more than 100mph in the UK, you will almost certainly lose your licence. The effect this will have on your insurance premiums when you get it back can only be imagined.
My advice is that he's an idiot. I'm not going to say that i've never sped, but I'm not daft enough to do it on a public forum.
Also remember that in top gear you won't be able to redline most cars, let alone a Twinair.

Of course. I'm not going to say what top speed I had out of my TA a couple of months back, but lets just say it was more realistically aligned with the factory published figures.

I was purely curious as to at only 3000rpm its doing 70mph, showing it must be capable of a much higher speed. However the noise at that speed was unreal. The noise of the TA is purely amazing. I do not 'rag' my car or drive a twice the speed limit.

Was it you that took the photograph on your mobile that you mentioned you had of it going at "top speed"?
Firstly the law is the law and you can't expect to come on here and say "I broke the law" without being critical. Also, you don't seem to understand that an engine won't necessarily redline in top gear. If it could you could just gear the 500 up and go faster than a Bugatti Veyron....
I totally get why you would want to test out your car as it's obviously a blast, but frankly you aren't going to get too many fans on here saying that you did 115mph on a UK road.
You were just lucky you didn't get caught and get your licence nabbed.
