Technical Turbo faults

Hi all, is it possible to replace the clevis on the end of the turbo actuator on a 64 plate 0.9 twinair?

Quite a few videos on YouTube covering this, but they seem cover the repair of the existing clevis either by sleeving it or building up with weld and re-drilling...

It seems the critical issue is ensuring it is in the same place as it was before. That is assuming it was in the right place before.

I too need to do this, and have watched the videos, but am happy to make a new one.
