Transmission issue

Hello I have transmission issue in my car Fiat punto 1.3 2007

Looks and sounds like clutch isn't disengaging.

I'd suspect clutch cable (if it is cable?)

Can you select gears OK with engine off?
If yes, this would point towards clutch cable.
If no, gear selector cables might be the problem.
