Newbie with a sound issue

Good morning all, pleased to meet you.I bought a Ducato 11 Bessamarr MH last year and I'm just getting around to preparing for the coming season. One thing I have noticed is that, due to installing a new main battery in December, I've lost the use of the Sound System. I know there's a code associated with it but the last owner hasn't recorded it anywhere. Can anyone out there help?
