General thinking of getting a bravo

you have the diesel! which i guess is what im trying to say BBS should go for a diesel cause i think he'd have to drive like miss daisy to get 40+mpg out of a 120 bhp petrol all the time, at least with a 120 m-jet if you fancy a spirited drive you can still get good mpg.

if i drive normally i get over 40mpg, and its not miss daisy style either.

if i give it stick and drive normally, im getting just over 30mpg

its using about the same amount of petrol as a 1.4 megane saloon, if not less on the mway.

yeah but do you get 40mpg+ in a 120 t-jet bravo driving normally? the figures on this site suggest you'd get -30mpg when driving hard in the t-jet and that was my original point- would you buy a 120bhp petrol performance car to drive normally? don't get me wrong i was sitting in the dealers and looking at the 150 t-jets with envious eyes and thinking i could do something stupid here!

but common sense prevailed! i think i get the best of both worlds with the 120 m-jet, good looks, good economy and decent performance if i need it, just without the fancy side skirts and exhaust.
