The Italian Breakfast - Sunday 13th May

Well that was fun :D

There were 3 generations of punto present at the 1st breakfast meet oh and a saxo too cos FS is inclusive that way ;) Bacon rolls and coffee at Max's first followed by a trip out to Drum garden centre as it's a nice place for photos and there was the opportunity to see a £2500 tree [attachment=1:3pdolwlx]speechless-smiley-040.gif[/attachment:3pdolwlx] Quick trip to Drum castle after that and a clamber round the 13th century keep - very narrow and steep stairs made it an interesting experience but well worth the climb to the top for the view.

Roll on the next one in June :)

Forgot I took this picture - snapped from within the keep of Drum Castle

Very funny and I wonder how many tourists think it authentic. Before you blast me on this I had the fun of talking to an American tourist who not only had very little clue about Scotland but was quite surprised that I'd heard of Seattle and knew where it was. Go figure...

Of course we know Seattle, it's where Fraiser lives.

Pretty decent food, bacon was great. I think I was charged wrong unless there is a deal on coffee and a roll that I didn't notice but not complaining since I was changed less that I should have been. Service was a bit pants, girl was cheery enough but came across a bit arrogant.

Was good to see folk as well :)
