Pre-Show meetup - Kilmarnock - 13th July

The pre-show meet on the 13th July will be just what it says, a meet with all you guys and girls the night before the West Coast Rally.

What do you guys want to do? We can go for a meal as a big party at somewhere like frankies and bennies or Brewers Fayre (not limited to those though) the go to a bowling alley and have a blast

See if we go to Frankie & Bennys, do it as 1 bill & I will get us 20% off, through USDAW (Union)
As for Bowling can't think of there's one in Killie, I will investigate though if you like.
My Manager has given me the weekend of the show as 2 days off, can't have it as holiday as the store's fully booked then.
Let me know what sort of time your thinking for the Saturday, as I'm only 10 -15mins from Killie.

Also, if you can, get me postcodes and street names for parking near "The garage" please. Just so I know where everyone is going to be parking and how much of a walk it is as I don't want to find out that there are only 3 spaces.

5minute walk max to The Garage

If those attending please phone me (pm if you would need my number) when you pass Junction 8 of the M77 as you are then just 3miles from Kilmarnock & you will be on the A77.
Once on the A77 come off at the 2nd Junction for Kilamrnock signposted Hurlford, Crosshouse, Mauchline, Cumnock. That's the Bellfield Interchange.
As you come off the A77 onto the slip road the get in the right hand lane & take the 5th Exit (almost double backing), from there follow the road down, straight over at the mini roundabout, you will see Asda, 2nd exit at that Roundabout (right) then at the next roundabout 1st exit (left) & you will see Frankie & Bennys.

Andi, Can you please note the everyone will be booking into their B&B before going for dinner??? So everyone will get the postcode's nearer the time so we can all be at one place after everyone has booked in.

I'm planning on getting everyone checked into their accommodation THEN going to F&B's for dinner, would make more sense to do it that way.
