Spoke with marti155 at length yesterday, and I believe he's going to update this thread later (as he's one of the organisers of this event)

Camping on site isn't really practical, so Saturday accomodation would be advisable.

Travelodge Inverness is coming in at a frankly ludicrus £99 per night.
Premier Inn over in Elgin is returning no availability.

So....it's looking very much like B&B or camping nearby.

I'm happy to help make enquiries for those wanting a B&B but I'm thinking camping the night before is on my radar lol

Inverness hotels are usually frankly ridiculously over priced, no matter what time of year you try from my experience..

Is there any local camp sites or sleeping in the car optional?

Hey, new to the forum...

Have just got myself a wee 2003 Fiat Punto Active Sport and, well, I'd love to see the sights of Oop Norf with some fellow Fiat owners!

I'll admit though, I'm a wee bit nervous to put myself down as a definite, I'm a very shy person...

Are there any definitive plans put into place for this yet?

Hi all. I am involved with organization of the forres vintage vehicle day that the club will be attending on the 4th of May. The event has a large range of different cars bikes and tractors as well as stalls. I will try and get some photos up. The club would need to be on site at about 9am the event is held in grant park in forres.
