I don't think I'd put the yellow compound in again if I were rebuilding mine, getting used to the vibration & I always tend to have my stereo on pretty high but it can be annoying when I'm driving the mrs around & we're trying to chat!!!

Get her in a 5 or 6point harness then take her for a drive;) I found a unbalanced wheel has the same affect

No mention of the O/S mount in this thread.

My front and rear 'box mounts in red have arrived but it turns out the O/S mount near the cambelt is rather poorly too. Would be a shame not to do the job properly...

The OS mount is pretty pricey from FIAT (£60+ from Eurocarcare) but Strongflex seems to sell just the insert for £17 + postage.

Also, there are two versions of the same product, this one (old) and this one (new)

Has anyone fitted a Sei O/S mount? I don't suppose anyone knows if I should buy the buy the 'old' or 'new' part?

You should know by now when it comes to what 'Cento's had what parts, it's never simple! ;)
Indeed! Turns out it was the new version with the random bulge on the end.

Managed to get it done! (y)

The way i did it was put it in a vise with a same size axle-box and wiggle it off by slamming each side separately with a hammer and a large screwdriver, while supporting each side to prevent it from going back.

The cap can't be pressed back on because of the gap caused by the new insert, so it will be pressed together in the mounting system.
Enjoy!

I think the way I did it was easier... Just put the steel plate into a vice and twist the mount with your hand. It'll come off after a couple of minutes of wiggling.

I'm going with standard plastic insert for now as the cone alone makes the mount pretty solid. I want to be able to hear myself think at the end of this :p

I fitted only one of the insert to mine and works well. I replaced the white plastic insert with the rubber one.
The Strongflex only fit the earlier type mounts. Both my Seicento's had an uprated type so I had to buy two new ones.

I might be being a bit slow (it happens a lot these days) but the trailing arm pivot bushes - the standard items seem to be in 3 parts - central cylinder, rubber core and outer sleeve. The strongflex seem to lack the outer sleeve, are they not required or have they forgotten to include them? Either that or should I use my old ones 'cos I'd expect they are a bit worn, I only just got the old bushes out last night before I caused myself an injury and called it a night so couldn't test fit
