Technical Sticking in gear

I have a 500 that is sticking in and sometimes out of gear.

I found getting into 1st and 5th to be difficult, so made the adjustment to the linkage under the battery tray which helped alot.

It appears that the only way to free it up and get it out of gear is to turn the car off.

Any ideas??

The clutch is probably worn out. You need to replace it, if it is. Also, first check the clutch's master and slave cylinders, as that could be the cause and is a lot easier to replace.
