Technical Slave cylinder bolts snapped and seized.

Well soaked before attempted removal. Thinking of cutting long shaft down to stub for drilling out as with other bolt.

The earth stud released but the nut is solid.
Bit wary of applying heat because of gear mechanism proximity.
The long shaft was stuck with corrosion to the metal liner in the cylinder. Chisel off .
Any ideas?

Battery stud remove and heat up, studs weld on nut as above the heat will help release?

Playing a Grinding disc on the top of the Stud will get it hot enough the release fluid should fizz in the tapped hole

I have need to do this on thermostat bolts before, you can always grind 2 x flats on it too

Sorry a bit tardy .
Twice snapped the front bolt shaft just below weld-on bolt. Got a bit for another shot, so continued to soak penetrating fluid.
Thinking I might need to drill .
Patience is a virtue .

Can tou hire an induction coil to heat this up? Im not sure where you could try but it might help.

Heated with the weld attempts. No idea how the bolts were so fixed. Didn't really fancy drilling but nothing else was working .
