Technical Sciocento 52 reg torque setting & Allen Key size

Hi everyone, on my Brothers car . Ive changed drive shaft Gaiters o/s and now need torque settings for hub nut, lower ball joint to hub nut and hub to suspension strut bolts and track rod end nut also front caliper bolts please.No Haynes Manuals avaliable ? Also what size Allen Key is Gearbox filler Please mine only go up to 10 mm and its bigger. Many thanks in advance.P.S.this job has been fighting me all the way lol.

Hi & welcome, I've recently put a new driveshaft on my Seicento & the torque setting for the hub nut is 240nm, the Allen key for the gearbox filler should be 12mm. As for the ball joints, strut bolts & caliper bolts I'd just do them up tight or as some of us say FT. There is a Seicento workshop manual you can download off here or you could get a Cinquecento Haynes manual as mechanically it's the same car. I know how you feel lol, my Seicento has also been fighting me all the way as well, it's part of Cento ownership .

Thank you Matt,that's very kind of you to reply. I will download the workshop manual ASAP. My Brothers had the car 11 years its a fantastic rust free litle car ,I look after it as an ex HGV mechanic.Id recommend these cars to anyone .The only trouble is even Fiat dealers can't supply one or two bits and neither can local spares shops. As these bits parts jobs have probably never been changed before every thing was hard to dismantle . Any way I'm on the home straight now hopefully not to many more obstacles lol.Sure I'll ask more soon. .haha.
