Aha ok, I think I'm getting closer. So it's a light blue Panda, that I'd recognise...

Must be this one then, from watching Z-Cars in your youth...! (It's even got a rusty door...!) :D

You know what's really sad - I know that's from Heartbeat & that it's LAR something C on the plate....... And no I can't even claim to have tried to see from the photo (I'm on the phone anyway).

Edit: On the plus side Z cars is genuinely well before my time & I've never seen it - every cloud :)

Eh-Oh!!

Looks like I'm going to have to be the first to question why "Po" came to be named, as he's not red to the best of my knowledge (he's been accused of being white numerous times though!).

Clearly it's  to be able to identify this rather fundamental flaw in the naming process, but someone had to ask....

It's from the Disney film, Kung Foo Panda, the lead character is called Po. He's an ungainly and incapable looking Panda that turns out to be a bit of a hero that saves the day.

Sort of sums up the car really :D

This is Po (aka Chiaro when Gavin and I owned him) a couple of days ago waiting for his new owner...............

Wow! Chiaro err sorry Po is looking amazing (y) love the stripe Vernon, it really goes with the beautiful colour and love the wheels too! Look a bit more chunky and purposeful than the standard ones.

Welcome also to the new owner, I wish my first car was as nice as this :D

Thankyou all for your warm welcome. I have driven Po a few times now and its going to take a bit of getting used to  Dad has replaced the stereo with one that will allow my ipod to provide the music (y) .

Ooh that stunning work Vernon.
What are the rims from?

They are standard 500 wheels :D

Hello all, I am a 17 year old female and getting a classic Panda soon. This is a forced relationship (I think my dad has a thing for them  :nutter: ) but I am secretly a bit excited .

Welcome to the club, me and my panda met only a month ago tops and now we cant get enough of each other. Great fun to drive my mates love it because its just hit the retro side of old. Only thing id ever change is the auto gearbox but id do that in any car tbh.

By the way get pictures up if your more techno savvie than I am, these guys & gals love a new panda fix.
