Is it me, or does anyone else wonder whe the prefixed fixing holes are in some kind of random pattern?
I picked up my new 500 and thought some trainee had fitted the plate, so I puchased a new number plate, so I could drill the holes in the correct places. On removal of the old one (well 2 days old), I saw that they had indeed used the correct holes, but these are not symetrical in any way. I have now "stuck" the new plate on, so it looks right.
Has anyone spoken to Fiat on this I wonder, it does not seem to make any sense no matter how you look at it.
The top and bottom holes do not line up at all.
