Technical Power steering gone but light not on dash

Quite a big difference in the three video clips

This one

No battery charge light until cranking
No clock display at all
Oil light stays on much longer
No brake test bulb

Are they consistent if you start the car several times

Battery and brake are significant as both need to correct for the steering to work

it was cold start so oil light may have took longer. Display screen is mostly off and has been for over a year may be 2 years. Comes on intermittent but the power steering light has gone back off

At the power on self test

They don't look the same to me

If electronics are dead, generally it stays consistent, occasionally they are temperature related

Generally damaged wiring, dirty connectors, poorly battery are often much more random in nature

Clock not working intermittently is very unusual, I know of two cases and you have both

Do you have both keys on the same keyring

The fact you have the clocks, battery, brake, abs, steering lights, all doing odd things points more to an underlying fault than the EPS in itself
