Hello everyone. I just got my Panda Twinair 80 hp with 20.000 miles on the meter. I'm very happy with my car, and have enjoyed reading your experiences with this fantastic car.

I've got a question regarding AC control light.

It only lights up occasionally, when it's on it doesn't blink or anything.

My question is: Is there anyway that you can turn it on and off?

To turn the air conditioner on, push the fan control knob inwards, towards the dash. The orange light will come on to show its operating. Push it again to turn to off. The fan has to be set to a setting other than '0' (off) for it to work. (In fact, the fan has to be set to anything other than off for any air to get into the car... as with most 'modern' cars, little or no air gets into the car unless the fan is running)

Thanks for you reply. But I mean the red/blue dots, how do I get them to light up?

Ah ha - different question. They light up whenever the headlights are turned on. If they are going on and off, it sounds like the lightbulb may be loose or about to fail?
There is a post here about how to replace the light bulb behind the controls. It is for the older (pre-2012 model), but if you look in the comment there is an update for the newer model from 2012 onwards) https://www.fiatforum.com/threads/how-to-replace-panda-heater-control-lights.298058/

I also added an update for the newer (after 2012) Panda, here https://www.fiatforum.com/threads/changing-hvac-backlights-on-a-rhd-panda.487444/post-4596951
