Greetings everyone, this will be a bit complicated explanation.

-Previous fault lamp, irregular operation, stalling.
I had problems.
I determined that the map and eccentric cable were broken and repaired them.

-I detected some vacuum leaks. I fixed it.

Despite these, I thought my idling was not very good. I don't trust iacv very much. When I disassembled it before to clean it, the plastic came off easily. It has worn out over the years.

-While I was investigating the first malfunction above, I also purchased the throttle body.

Now I decided to assemble it.

After installing it, the idling performance of the car increased significantly.
The vehicle started to reach idle speed much more easily and quickly. So yes, my problem was here and it was fixed. I experienced very positive developments. The time I have to wait for the car to idle while stopping, starting and maneuvering has decreased.

Problem;

  • I guess he didn't recognize the new throttle body correctly.
  • Sometimes the idle remains constant at 1400 rpm. (Too high) (I'm not talking about the automatic choke procedure)
  • In general, it stays healthy at 800 rpm.
  • Sometimes it is wavy like 800-500 -800-500rpm. It works.

But despite its choppy operation, it never knocks or tends to stall. So my vacuum circuit is very healthy.

The LPG circuit is a retrofitted circuit. When running on LPG, the rpm is currently around 1500. I need to go to the service to set this up. But the problems I am talking about now are the events that occur when the LPG system is turned off and the vehicle is started on gasoline.

Question;

  • Is there any automatic identification procedure that I know of? Or is there?
-Remove the terminal - Reconnect after the new throttle body. (20 minutes no energy)
  • Also, when I disassembled the old TB, I observed that it was quite oily. There may be too much oil coming from the vapor recovery pipe.

Unfortunately I still can't access the ltft stft values. In any case, I decided to replace the valves. This will be an experience for me.

I made a handmade vacuum leak detector. (Smoke)

I used a 40watt soldering iron and a compressor with adjustable air flow rate. Also a condom. :)

When I connected it to the exhaust section, after a while smoke started coming from the outlet port. I think this situation is acceptable. Because I tied it from the outer ring. There may be some space in the middle.

When I connected it to the throttle body, I detected smoke leaking from the "EVAP" connection. What do you think about this subject.

I did the vacuum test you did in the video.
Likewise, the vacuum is also very good.
All gaskets and sockets are new and cleaned.

By the way, the car started doing this even when it was cold.

crank sensor? Can't it cause problems from time to time?
Isn't it worth a try? I'm running out of options.

Worst case scenario I'll have a spare crank sensor.

And another interesting thing.

When I turn on the air conditioning compressor, the bad idling goes away.

Idling does not cause any problems.

Works smoothly in air conditioning scenario

This makes us think that the problem is caused by electronics or fuel timing.

I will check the output manifolds.
Is the problem still happening? or did it end up being the HG?

After replacing the head gasket and valves, the performance of the car increased slightly compared to before. This is especially felt on the slopes.

I drove 200 km and only had an idle fluctuation problem once. But I still think he was poor at one point.

There are 2 more things I need to look at.
And I will disassemble these out of curiosity.

1)Fuel pump

- I heard that some users experienced cracks in the pump or problems with the plastic body of the pump.
If there is a crack in its body, it may be relieving the pressure.
-I want to measure the pump pressure with a manometer

My vehicle was previously used in a city exposed to very cold and very hot weather, which may have caused some plastic parts to expire.

2) Injector

The ohms of the injectors are correct.
I also checked that it works with the "Mes" program.
But I didn't check how many ml each syringe actually injected.
I will check the exact size with a small scale container.

Can someone tell me the Oem code of the injectors? I couldn't find.

I also have spare injector filters at home and I am thinking of changing them.

As far as I know
71719101
same in the
DOBLO
PALIO
PANDA
PUNTO
SEICENTO

I believe it's in some seat and VW as well

Personally I would just read the Bosch code stamped into the side

Petrol injectors rarely fail

petrol pump

When I took the gas pump apart, I encountered a few things.

They had dismantled it before.

It is soldered to the electrical outlet.

The previous owner installed an aftermarket pump.

There is no catalog data or technical data of the pump. It's a poor quality pump.

0986580947 I bought a new pump set from Bosch. ( aprox 130 £)

My cargo has not arrived yet.

I assembled the new Bosch brand set.

Only the top cover was a little loose.

That's why I glued an o-ring between them. To make height. (Black parts are visible in the photo)

I don't know. There seems to be no problem with the vehicle at the moment, I will test it for a longer period of time. But I think I finally found the right spot.

There is one more thing that comes to my mind.

It can be seen in the last 2 photos.

It has 2 metal patches.

I don't know if this is the case with all pandas or if my car was cut before.

Hello, I wanted to share a status update.

There have been no problems for a long time. For the last month I've only been opening the hood to check oil and water levels. I didn't need to buy a screwdriver.

In very rare cases, idle is disturbed but returns to normal after a small throttle movement.

I was relieved when I replaced the gas pump. I'm happy.

During this period I really needed a car and Panda never let me down. It met my need.

It still makes idle jerks from time to time.
In general, there are no problems. However, as the weather got colder, I started to feel the idle fluctuation in the vehicle better.

There's only one thing I haven't really looked at.
I will check the fuel coming out of the injectors with a measuring cup.
