Technical Orange baby seat light not turning off

Hey everyone!

I'm new here, so appologies if this isn't the correct format for a post .

My steph dad recently bought a Fiat Ducato Motorhome, but the orange baby seat light recently came on (indicating the airbag is turned off). However, we can't seem to find the location for the switch to re-enable it. Does this even exist? If so, where to look for it, and if not, how do we disable the light?

The owner's manuals are available in the download section of the forum. Find the closest one prior to the production date of the van.

That's the appropriate fragment of the manual I've found:

There is no mechanical switch to activate / desactivate the airbag, it is done in the menu accessible under the Mode button on the panel located on the left of the steering wheel on a LHD vehicle.

As a 2007 vehicle there's just a small chance it could be an X244 version. On these the switch is a physical one operated by the vehicle key and located on the outer end of the passenger side dash, visible with the passenger door open.

Unfortunately not that easy, as the stated engine power output matches a 130 Multijet which was an option on the x250 model. The x244 had the 2.3jtd as an engine option, but that was rated at 110 PS (81kW). As confirmation the model number on an x250 will begin ZFA250........
