I've recently acquired a new radiator for my Fiat 500 2012 1.2 Lounge

And after trying to refill the coolant, it all slowly pours out of this little nipple below the "MIN" line.

The previous radiator had this same nipple but nothing was connected to it, yet somehow it never leaked coolant (even though it too is a direct hole).
I'm guessing somehow the pressure kept it in, but I'm not sure and can't get my head around it.

Any idea what I need to do to correctly refill the coolant system in this Fiat 500 ? Right now every time I turn the engine on and off, the coolant level rises and drops and it keeps rising above this nipple (below the minimum line) and leaks 100-200ml of coolant.

I found the blocking cap in the box with clip when I was throwing it away having glued a screw in to block it so check the box carefully?
Also the rad isn't full as you can see the space in the pic at the top, took me several days to fill it fully.
Be extremely careful with the bleed screw in the heater hose, use a screwdriver in the top slot and your fingers together, not one or the other

On your old rad the spigot was there but hole not drilled through to coolant tank.
You are not the first to come across this and won't be the last.

There is a very specific proceedure for filling your coolant system due the tank being on side of radiator rather than highest point of cooling system.
