Hello All, been lurking for a while so thought that I'd finally register. Ordered a Funk White 500 1.2 Sport with 16inch alloys, chrome kit and wing mirrors plus a black side stripe about 7 weeks ago and getting very impatient now. Just wondered if anyone who ordered a 500 around the end of March had got theirs yet? Dealer reckoned it would be around 10 weeks but I know how these things can fluctuate. I keep seeing 500s going around and feeling very jealous haha x

hello and welcome, i ordered mine 3 weeks ago and was told it'll be 8-10 weeks.

I ordered 2 (one each for me and my better half) in the 3rd week of March and 3 days ago the status code said they were now classed as UK stock, off the boat and on dry land in Britain I think. The week before they were "In transit".
Not sure how long I'll have to wait, I'll post an update with lots of happy smilies when I get them.

Hmmmm maybe it won't be too long. I'm so excited for it arriving - I will be high as a kite the day I pick it up from the dealers x

My local dealer has quoted me week 27 build, wk 31 delivery (end July) if i placed an order today, so effectively 10 week lead time.

Cool, I have been waiting for nearly 7 weeks and the wait is unbearable! I keep on phoning/emailing the dealer to give me an update and he keeps on saying that it is making good progress at status 16 (Not yet built) which has sat at since the 27th April, so hopefully the car is built now and awaiting a truck to blighty!
The dealer says it will need to get to status 40, then he can give me a delivery date.
Is there anyway of getting these status codes online? I am hating bugging the dealer constantly!
I keep on seeing 500's on the road and I wish I was that person driving!

No. Only the dealer gets information regarding the progress of cars they have ordered.

Yeah thought I'd go all out and go for the funk white. There just so happened to be a FW and a BNW in the showroom when I ordered mine - if there hadn't I would have gone for BNW as the configurator really doesn't do it any justice.
At most I'm hoping I only have 3 more weeks of wait. Keep wanting to buy accessories for it - managed to pursuade dealer into giving me free mats and key covers but really want this little usb stick thats in the shape of a 500 for all my music. It's so cute!! Can't wait for some summer driving in my little 500 x

Snap - i wanted the green but hubbie said he knew I'd prefer the FW. Luckily there was one in for a customer at the dealers so I could have a look and the rest as they say is history! Had it 8 months now and love it!
I love the red leather you have in yours. I wanted to go for the red leather but it was either that or the paint as they're both roughly the same price and as the sport seats are half leather anyways I went with the paint. Can't be long til he gets here - I'm anticipating a phone call in the next week or so to says he's arrived but we shall see x
