Forgot to mention, its got a GSR Induction kit, Supersprint 4-2-1 manifold and its just been remapped today and i got 104.5 BHP.

I also have a spare set of sporting alloys to do anything i want with so if any1 has any ideas of colour and what i could do with them please let me know :)

(Sorry the pics are so small btw, not sure how to make them bigger)
Right i was going to go to Carl Vella today but i thought id give them a bell and see what they say first.

I spoke to the assesor and he said they wont be knocking it out and filling it, as you would need concrete to fill it, his words aswell lol

He said they just weld a new rear quarter on and smooth the edges, he said you wont be able to tell its been welded.

To be honest im not really to happy about it being bodged compared to how it was normally but i dont think i have any choice (n)

Next thing is to check paint, so i will let you know on tuesday thats if it will be finished on time.

I got it back today :). It all seems in good condition i cant tell its had a new rear quarter, apart from they bent the front pressed plate trying to take it off and why they wanted it off is beyond me. The colour is, i think near perfect although it just looks polished if you get me and the rest of the car looks more bland ? ill have to inspect it more tomorow after work.

To be honest i wouldnt recommend Carl Vella. It was fixed a week later than planned and they didnt phone us once. We phoned them today at 4oclock and they said ermmmm yea its ready when do you want to collect it or delivered, almost as if its been ready for days.

Hopefully now i will still like it as much as the day i bought it :)

Thanks m8 :) your interior looks very smart (y), its something i always wanted to do but never got round to it!

Im afriad ive sold that car though ^^ my steering column went and my engine went very tappety both at the same time so i decided to trade in. Ive got a black 08 plate Grande Punto 1.9 diesel now < because i travel 50 miles to work and back everyday :p.

Ill still answer on this thread though if you comment it :) good luck with your car (y)

Looks really good, love the colour..

I looked at one that colour when I was gettin mine, it was stolen though, a 53 plate in mint cond. with 43k miles for £1,200 in cheatham hill, deffo nicked haha :p

but yeah it looks really good, I don't usually like white alloys but they look smart on yours (y)

o thats a shame, my steerin colums ****ed too, every once in a while id just loose my power steering assist, so dangerous
