Introduction
This was my first car, I had got it just before my 17th birthday in April 2015. After a few failed attempts at my theory test ☹ I passed my practical in November 2015
.
My Punto was my gateway into learning about cars and enjoying the freedom a car can give you.
I learned about MOT Prep, how to measure tire tread depth, tire sizing. I eventually plucked up the courage to learn how to do an oil change
I later got a bit too carried away and added a S1600 rear wing - which it totally needed
and a Hoffmann backbox. I'd went from "P plates" to "boy racer" in the span if 3 months.
Sadly, the Punto succumbed to my idiotic driving and double clutching. The gearbox decided to just not be a gearbox anymore.
I'll never forget the adventures I had with this car. It wasn't anything special but it was special to me.
