Hi buddy,
That is a turbo revs FMIC.
They are pretty cheap too.
I have now re routed the FMIC pipework so the left hand pipe goes in front of the cooler which gives me more ground clearance.
The air filter is a standard K&N jobby
About time you started posted some pics mate ;)

Cheers bud i cant wait lol the only thing that has me stumped is the tyre choice, with so much power at the front wheels i dont know what to do.

Also will a std hgt gearbox mate up to a 20vt engine as my box is modded with an alfa first gear and 5th and a lower final drive.

cheers

mick

Don't think the boxes are interchangable, The 20vt has a pull style clutch where as the N/A one is a push type.
The driveshafts are different and the 20vt box has a ViscoDrive attached which is a mechanical traction control which works incredibly well.
To be honest the 20vt box is a belter and having lower gearing would be pointless for traction.

Ps, I think v rating is 149mph

Tut tut.....'V' rated tyres and I hope no one here uses thoses
Our souped up coupes are good for almost 170MPH so 'V' rated tyres would not be much use :D
Ps.....getting the wheels refurbed is next but one on the list....lol

I am wanting tyres that can cope with days at croft and at silverstone as i will be paying quite a few trips next year before i go to the ring.

I was just going to take it straight there but i would rather get some track time in it first and get used to the car and how it handles as it is a long walk home lol.

As for going to the ring if you can I'd run 'normal' tyres to and from the ring and switch the wheels when you get there to the ones with 888's on. This is because 888's come out the factory with not much tread and that rather long journey is going to eat into the valuable tread!
