Hi,
Coming home this evening and stopped at a set of lights depressed the clutch and there was a clanging noise as the clutch bit, all as it should be when depressed then when released as it bit the clanging/vibrating started again:bang: This continued until I got home (approx 1/2 mile), engine sounds like a bag of nails (more so than usual) and upon inspection there is a fluid dripping from underneath the car on the passenger side on the suspension coil, I can't see where it is from.

Any suggestions it is a 150 mjet sport 19k miles with remap although performance from remap is only used for motorway overtaking which, I was assured, would not put undue stress on the clutch.

Well, taken it to the dealer today who are frankly baffled. The technician confirmed there was something not right but couldn't put his finger on what it was.
New clutch on order to be fitted, hopefully, on friday. At the same time they will remove the gearbox and check components.
Will keep you posted
