argos were doing one of the rotary ones. black and decker one down from £65 to £20.

Did the job for me, but the reason I say get a decent tool is because my argos one blew up while I was cutting the lights :)

 hope you werent cutting your lights close to your car then, coz you might have damaged the spray when it blew up

My dremel was fine when doing my lights. Lasted me from when i started these lights till last week. It blew sanding wood for my viv. I got it on a bargain when i worked for B&Q.

i think ill leave the headlights for now, id rather tint my windows and my rear lights first... and maybe get a nice spoiler :)

lol, took the lights off away from the car. If you don't wanna mess about with your lights, then you could get the angel eye projectors now available. cost about £150-180

Hello mate and WELCOME TO THE FORUM!

If you mean the headlight itself, then----

There are 3 10mm bolts holding the headlight on. Undo them....(2 at the top of the headlight and 1 on the side)
You will need to remove the bumper, or move it forwards slightly to get the headlight out. I normally do this by removing the 2 bolts either end of the bumper (under the wing) and then the two bolts in the middle of the bumper (at the top that you see when you open the bonnet). This will allow you to move the bumper forwards enough to remove the headlight. Then unplug the electrical plugs at the back, and your done.

Hope that helps,
Alan

the angel eyes i wired straight on to the original side lights wire after the adaptors. the hardest thing was getting the flipping bumper off...so many bolts so many place haha!

photos to come soon!:yum:

hello,
does anyone knows the exact ring dimension in mk2 ? inner and outter size ? I can't find it anywhere and I need to know it before order.

So in order to de tango, all you need to do is use a dremel to cut the head light, then simply slide the orange part out, and silicone the plastic cover back?
