Styling Metallic Grey GP - but whats best colour alloys?

Hi, just wondering what people's opinions were on the best choice of colour for alloys to go with a metallic grey GP. Buying mine this week but dont want to make a mess of it. Ive got £550 including tyres so reccomendations welcome. Pictures of examples would be great help too. Thanks

what's wrong with silver?! loads of people are going for black nowadays and tbh i think it looks pretty craaap. black's too dark for rims imo.

I like Anthracite but Ian has a valid point, i think black is too dark, and Silver does look really good.

If you check out my Motors thread i think there are pictures of my wheels after i had them painted, it was supposed to be sort of like an anthracite / grey. I pinched the colour from Volvo but it didn't quite work out right.

At the moment i have three of these colour wheels on, and one darker wheel, i'll try and get a picture up of the darker wheel for you.

Only reason i have this on at the moment is because my tyre was going bald, and i refuse to give National Tyres £25 just to swap a tyre, no valve change / balancing.

yeah if you're going dark i like anthracite or a dark metallic grey/gunmetal grey colour. i just think black is a bit too much

not sure exactly what colour they are as they came with the car, all i know is that there grey.
