Styling Lowering Springs

Hey have been looking at the Eibach sportlines but they only drop the back by 30mm apparently? would want to go 40 - 50 ideally.

Can anybody recommend these or have any kind of clue what these may be like.

Have a quick search, plenty of information on sportlines..........this is what my punto looks like on sportlines.....

See in my opinion, the sportlines dont go low enough.

I dont want to have to buy coilovers, just some springs with a good drop if possible.

Trust me I would have the coilovers if i could.

those springs seem okay, but for another £60 you could go for some cheap coilovers maybe?

or are coilovers completely out of the question? just don't want you to invest then realise if you waited you could have got more

Nope they're not out the question, just cant find any cheap ones, all ive found are £400+

You can get them for £200 and would they be reliable?

Okay sounds like a plan I wouldn't be fitting myself as I have no knowledge of fitting suspension what so ever :bang: But had a quote from the garage i use all the time to fit, £60 cant argue really.

Does anybody else have any experiance with the Coilovers above? or know of any cheaper coilovers that are reliable?

Or do i stick with springs?

Sportlines sit a little lower if you get uprated shocks, mine are on standard stocks. They are as low as springs will take you.

And don't go for the cheapest coilovers you can find, cheapest price will mean cheapest quality. If you can't afford at least some mid range coilies, keep saving until you can.

Agreed, save yourself the expense of hefty bills with cheap coilovers. Get something around £500 + and that'll be a decent set. Something Stainless steel maybe?

Its also as easy to do it right as it is wrong. Pay once for the proper set.

AP coilovers are just under 500 notes and are good quality. A few of my friends with astras got them in a group buy.
