Technical Looking for Clutch (or other solution...) Panda Selecta 1993 (CVT)

Dear all,

The other day I found myself stranded next to the highway with my Panda Selecta 1993.
It has electronic transmission (CVT). It seemd so that the clutch wasn't working anymore.

The motor was doing fine. It kept running as always however there was no transmission when pushing down the gas pedal.

The car is now at a garage (due to the fact it has been taken away from the highway)
The garage is most certain it is the clutch. Unfortunately the parts are very rare.

- I am wondering if people had a similar experience (and solution)
- Are there any places/people who might help me to a new clutch

PS. im sorry for my rusty English, my vocabulary in car world isn't that detailed in English.

Hello,

On the bottom of the forum banner there's a link to ePER. It's the FIAT spare parts catalogue. Search window is top left.

Try finding the correct parts with the VIN number, if it won't be recognized browse by models and categories.

Having the part numbers it could be easier.

Which engine is it coupled with? Hmm, despite different engines there's only one clutch doc and the gearbox docs don't seem to cover the selecta version.

They shall be available in the download section of the forum, I've uploaded them myself some time age. Search with x141.
