Was quite difficult to find a new Tipo Cross after they were discontinued in the UK, but all the late models have such a mix of specs!

Some have halogen lights instead of the LEDs, many don't have Android Auto or Apple Carplay, some are missing the lumbar adjuster on the driver's seat and most have the rear parking sensors deleted - despite all these items supposedly being standard.

My one has front and rear parking sensors and rear cross-traffic alerts, but the spec sheet says it doesn't, and the heated seats are deleted in favour of the new Fiat seats like in the 600e!

On the factory sheet it says "Monochrome Edition" and has the black roof rails instead of chrome, but still has chrome handles?! I cannot find any details of the Monochrome Edition anywhere online etc.

Very happy with it, however. The 1.5 Hybrid is pretty powerful and hardly seems to use fuel.

Anyone else struggled with unusual/incorrect specification?

Well, I have a Cross SW without led front lights, but with both front and rear bumpers with parking sensors. Also, the roof bars are black and it has Uconnect big screen without volume button. The driver seat has electric lumber adjuster, but the seats are not Cross branded. And there is no outside, or inside CROSS letterings.

My 2021 didn’t have the heated seats, just plain grey cloth with leatherish edges. The heat was an option. It does have LEDs, front and rear parking sensors and reversing camera. Full sized spare wheel and android auto and Apple CarPlay. Oh, and front fog lights.
Mines the 1 litre turbo engine which will do 50mpg on the motorway and 46 average.

The cross logo is on the bootlid, then seems to have moved to the front wings ( where your flag emblem is). The only other special edition I know of is the Garmin. Which doesn’t have the front fogs and plain black wheels.

I’ve had my tipo four years and 25,000 miles now and haven’t seen another!
