I've looked for one specifically for a GP, but couldn't find one.
According to ePER no, they are not intended to:
I took the part number from the amazon listing.
Looking further in ePER shows the construction is different for both suspensions:
So even the plate marked 9 is different (51707691 vs 50517346).
Google image shows that it's shape is different, too.
I'd try searching on aliexpress for some aftermarket ones. Or perhaps for some 3d printing projects.

Thanks for the thoughtful reply. When i start the car I'm getting a boing off both mounts, it does go away, but i'd like to get these covered just in case.
The fiat 500 strut design looks a lot superior to the punto one.

The plastic cover is simply aesthetic, can also protect from water getting into the plates (number 9) and upper nuts (numbers 7 and 10) getting rusted.
For the boing, I'd inspect the suspension and steering thoroughly.
