Technical Fiat grande punto 2009 won't start!

Hi so i have confirmed the first point they earth goes to starter i think is fine checked the voltage down there and its matching the reading from the battery. Which is 12.46 so really wondering if its the starter motor failing.

It can carry voltage, but NOT Current

I had a poor connection on my starter, ok cold, went dead when warm

Hey guys thanks for your input, but I ended up taking my car to the mechanic after bump starting it downhill. Will post what was the cause of it once I get it back!

Hey guys thanks for your help and all brought it to my mechanic and it turns out. The problem was the starter motor. He even showed where there was a slight crack on it. After the replacement of the starter motor no problem runs from the first try!
