General HELP!! Lost alloy locking wheel nut key!!

I'm new to the forum although i've been browsing on here ever since i got my GP. I have a slight problem, i've lost the locking wheel nut key somewhere between putting my spare on 3 days ago and getting round to putting the alloy back on today. What do i do? Aside from curse alot....

Btw, i've checked everywhere to no avail...

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks

You can either re-order a new set of them from Fiat (about £25) or drill into it yourself and replace them.

Where would i order from, is there a phone number or website? I understand there are "key codes" or something.

Just go to your nearest Fiat dealer or they're on the Fiat website under Grande Punto accessories/security.

The part numbers is 46003380.

The problem with buying those is that there are many different versions of key shape.

Go to your Fiat garage with the locking nut case and there should be a code in there which indicates what style locking nuts you have. If you dont have that then you will need them drilled out and new locking bolts and key buying.

Or if you've lost the case with the locking wheel bolt number you can always ask your Dealer if they have the Master set which they can use to match-up to yours, or post a pic of the bolt on your car (or PM a mod who can pass it on privately if you wish) and one of us Fiat Tech's can check our Master sets and tell you the number to order.

Out of the 5 dealers i went to for a new one none of them had a master set.

i lost mine on one of my cars took it to a garage he said it would cost £150 n 2 days to get them off and probably damage your alloys went to another garage for a second opinon he said yeah £10 come back in 20 min what he did was weld a bolt to the locking wheel nut and un bolted it simple and my alloys never had a mark i had to buy some new locking nuts though lol

because the car was old with after market alloys i bought the car which did not have a locking wheel nut what else was a suposed to do :tosser:

they probably just dont like you i got dealer to pop out to car park with a master set the other day, new one was priced at £15

Yeah i have that effect on men they dont really like me mainly because im young good looking good job sexy wife a very nice house like something out of mtv cribs not as big but a 4 bedroom end terrace is big enough for a family of 3 and a bulldog bet punto matt still at home with his mum lol
