where abouts you from?

nah you dont need the induction or uprated brakes but you will get more gain with the gsr induction and improved braking if you uprate your brakes/pads! its more really what your after and maybe how you drive :D

Hey,

O my goshhhh, I don't know what that gsr kit has done to my car  But it's Amazing :) :D (y)
Pete came down to install in on Sunday and he done it really well, he installed it without removing the battery (y) so no abs or asr warnings. Took it on a test drive after and all I can say is wow, money well spent. I have got loads of flat spots and the engine sometimes doesn't want to rev all the way, but when it does it goes like stink, even at full thottle when changing gear the traction control light comes on. The engine also sound so brilliant, i can't believe this can sound so much different from an induction. woow (y) I have even notice a big difference in gear changes. The selespeed seem to like the induction and the gear changes are alot quicker when upshifting :D (y) This gsr kit combined with the re-map are just impressive and i would suggest it to anyone, the power different is just amazing (y)

Nice one mate! knew you wouldnt be able to resist for long after hearing the rest of the kits!

are you having a tweak to the map to sort the flat spots or will they go?

I seem to think that the induction kits quieten down after a few miles, i was concerned that it might be a bit too loud at first but its settled down to the right level now(y)

Nick / Pete : I know i keep asking but is there any progress with setting a date or we will have to wait until the second date is planned? the warnings are getting on my nerves now and im due a service. Id like them sorted before i have to take it in for that...

gsr remap and induction

thinkin of getting this dne to my abarth i know yhe obvious power increases etc does the mpg improve ive read that the abarths are quite restricted

Re: gsr remap and induction

Petrol consumption is all down to how you drive the car ..and the conversion isnt 100% at the moment due to engine lights that come on due to the massive increase in airflow from the kit ..the abarth has over 12 variants of ecu and the car will need the mapping sorted for the ecu and the conversion to work without engine lights constantly coming up ..hope that helps ..further question you may have can be answered by the designer Oldschool ring him he is very approachable and will always have time to answer your questions (y)
