Re: Stilo Rolling Road shootout / Tuning day...

so, its a trip back to the rolling road then! woo hoo! i want a new graph after the car's been run for a bit...

Nick, did you say you are bringing examiner with you? can you reset service indicators with it?

Also ive just seen the pic of your graph nick and your torque curve rises a lot compare to mine. mine is virtually flat all the way to 4800 rpm where there is abit of a spike, any reason for this?

Hey Hey,

should have posted time ago, but having promblems with internet.

But, Sunday was really good everyone helping out in fitting induction and stuff, and everyone was really nice (y) I just got a re-map, power difference is really noticalbe but I only wished i'd opped for the induction kit now  I didn't know the abarth could develop that much power  But Pete has odered mine already so can't wait (y)

It looks like some ppl are having issues with egine light and stuff, so when is everyone looking to go back there then?

Chris, Nicks has manual box and might show different readings as a result. Yours is paddleshift?? and may produce a different reading. They were having problems with this on the day cos the gears were shifting at revs. Just a thought I suppose.

Bozzy, mines a manual as well! so no difference im afraid - well apart from his backbox...

im just wondering really cos the torque is really flat, it stay level all the way through the rev range, albeit at nearly 180Lbs/ft! which then spikes to 190 ish...

mind you the guy said the spike should smooth out as the ECU gets used to it...

SGH... the selepeeds were shifting into 5th as soon as it hit the limiter or they let off the throttle. they could get headline figures but not a proper graph...

Re: Stilo Rolling Road shootout / Tuning day...

well I'm hoping to get the tech and tools maybe next weekend.. (y)

not sure about the torque curves question chris, maybe different fuel's I always use V-Power and talked Kubi into splashing on some last sunday.. haven't seen his graph though.. Having said that I didnt quite get 190..

Im down in birmingham next weekend as well, so id be closer to wherever we have to go! would it be back in bromsgrove or a trip to your end?

I was running on super last weekend i think, not v-power but not 95 either... anyway not much of an issue, more of a general wondering! take it easy fella's!
