Technical Front light on when lights turned off

Have a strange one on daughters car. With lights turned on, lights work as expected. With lights turned off, one side is on and its bright.... Any ideas?

The drivers side bulb requires replacing simple.

OK, we were being dense then. Lights off - DRL's are on and drivers side has gone. So with lights on, DRL's are off which is why it looks like all ok...

Think dense is being a bit harsh on yourself Type 580 is a twin filament bulb so the 5w part is still working (hence why sidelights still work) but the 21w filament for the DRL has blown on that side
