hello ,
I just changed the control arms, but I feel that I have to keep the steering wheel slightly to the left for the car to go straight... or if I keep the steering wheel straight, the car goes to the right, I understand that it has to do with the alignment, but my question is if it has to do with the way the control arms are tightened on the ground or raised in a jack? I noticed that the company where I bought them had inserted an extra screw, maybe a "calibration screw", maybe someone has encountered this problem after the change, if there is any solution,,, you are welcome for suggestions

Are you saying

If you take your hands off the steering the car veers to the left

Or

The steering wheel isn't straight

And if you straighten the steering wheel the car doesn't drive straight

Was it okay before the arms were changed

before the change, everything was perfect, if I keep the steering wheel in the center, the car goes to the right..

The car needs aligment. Without this your car tyres will wear out quickly. During alignment the steering wheel can be set straight.

Its nothing to do with how the control arm nuts were tightened or how the car was raised on a jack. The tie rod ends need adjusting.

I changed loads of control arms

I never had to change the alignment

New parts are going to within a frew thousands of an inch

Control arms should be tightened at the normal ride height

We are talking about a standard part like this

Did they come with new pinch bolts

I changed mine earlier in the year and steering is off, but not yet had alignment done yet as I’ll be getting new tyres soon.

Standard practise to get alignment done after changing suspension parts
