I just said that it wasn't an option on the configurator and therefore there will be people like me that didn't realise it was a selectable option at the time of order.

It wasn't and still isn't an option in the Configurator, but I do understand that if I had known that it really was an option that the dealer could have put on the order form at the time, then I would have ordered it.

Daniel, perhaps this could be added to your "guide" in the stickies? Of course, the fact that it is a "stickie" will mean that it won't ever get looked at so perhaps posting a link to it in your sig might work.

I bet they would all be the same without the dash port. Guess ill have to get an Tomtom mount for my new iPhone 4S instead.

You don't need a tomtom mount, just get a dashmount and use the iphone like this one

use a brodit clip to mount the above phone holder.

Cheers, well aware of the Brodit mounts. There are so many of the things though, not sure which to go for.
