I tried to access the FCA E-learn website today to check a torque setting

It seems it is now restricted access and I get the following log in request page . Anyone got any ideas ? it was such a useful website and I had gleaned so much info about Fiat 500 maintenance. I was rather amazed that I had access in the first place earlier last year , I guess someone in FCA "IT dept" has realised the "door was left unlocked " and slammed it shut!

First of all it looks like a non prod server.

Like the one described here:

This one looks like prod, official:

Both of them seem to have some login token in the link itself.

The first one, from the thread, has severe problems with availability. Looks like it cannot handle too many users' requests.

The second one is online most of the time, but when it gets unavailable, it stays like that for days, sometimes weeks. It seems to me that someone on the other end has to reactivate this account. And not all the car models can be accessed via this link.

Could be the same for the link you've provided.

Can you find the original link you've accessed the website when it worked?

Zardo's link just says service unavailable

That's exactly what I've wrote above:

You have to be patient and try at different times, like 5, 10 sometimes 30 minutes later it will be available.

But this thread is about the eLearn websites. And I'm very much interested in gathering the most of them, as it seems that not all of them contain same informations (like models, options, etc.).

They said the same to me. Access is limited to professionnals (garages) for a fee. But it always have been that way.

Sometimes someone somewhere publishes a link with a login token and it is working until the token is valid. Despite working as an IT engineer I don't know much about how websites work. Not my job to know it.

And I'm pretty sure that it was the same here :(

Have you checked both links in my post #5?
yes, one asks for an ID/password , the other does get into an e-learn website that is partly in Italian and my 105 hp Fiat 500 is not a listed model and some images need other software to see them . EG a wiring diagram . It is quite a bit different from the e-learn I had access before ,
but thanks for your input

Yes, as written in the dedicated thread it's not straightforward, but it's free, so I assume it is worth to spend a little bit more time to get the required information.

I can see the 105 HP TwinAir turbo listed in the technical specification section, so I assume it will be covered also in the other ones.

I cant get to the screen above . Going to the link in ducato post string when I select 500-150 and English and push the >> button on screen I get the attached failure message. An ideas? Thanks

Yes :)

You have to change the make first. Ducato is in the FIAT Professionnal section. The selection is top right of the screen:

However it does not work in my case :(

But:

I'm changing it manually in the link:

Go to the last digit on the screenshot, described as markID.

1 is for FIAT
5 is for FIAT Professionnal.

So from the Ducato link with 5 you have to change to FIAT with 1 :) Just change the digit to the desired one and click enter ;)

You can switch languages the same way:

LanguageID=2 is for English.

Hi all,
I am about to start Searching wiring diagrams related to my Mito Twinair

I thought E-learn was a good place to start.. (Never used it before..)

Reading this I might struggle

Anybody have and up to date suggestions or tips?

Check this link: read the thread first, we've put instructions how to open the links, print with vector graphics :)

Alfa Romeo is markID 2:
1 is FIAT.

You have to change it manually in the link ;)
