Hi,
I have 2023 Fiat Ducato with 9-speed automatic transmission. There's one thing that's been bothering from the beginning. When I stop on a slope with a brake and shift from D to R, after I release a brake, the van moves forward (down the hill). Sometimes 10cm, sometimes more. Can someone please tell me if that's really normal (according to the official repair shop it is not an issue and I should just use a handbrake for help if needed)?
Here's a video:
Thank you for any help,
Timmy
