Finally found the fault. I found the connector to the Throttle valve was full of water! P3912 code cleared on drying out.
Otherwise looking like my DPF is sooted/clogged up according to multiecuscan...

Thanks for the confirmation. Time for a proffesional clean. Dont do a forced regen without a half decent clean.
