Technical Drivers Electric window issue

Regulator works so i can put the glass up or down but the problem is on the way down it stops about 4 inches from the bottom then takes 4 more button presses to totally lower it then the same on the way up so once its got to about 4 inches high itll go all the way up on its own with the 4th button press.
Ive swapped the switch for a known goid one no different.
any ideas.

IVe got the electric mirror buttons dusconnected stm. Assume that makes no odds....

Take the card off and see if any of the plastic clip has broken

Would be a good start
