Hi.

My Dobby has a broken near-side door mirror glass (Non-electric) and I was wondering how to remove the broken one, how to re-attach a replacement and where to source the replacement?

Thanks

If you mean the whole unit, there is a plastic cover to remove to reach the screws.

Look inside the door where the mirror meets the door. Pull it off to see the screws.

The glass itself can be replaced with a new glass from the likes of Halfords. They come with double sided tape.

It's just the glass I want to replace, though I want to use an original replacement, as opposed to a Halfrauds stick-on.

How do you remove just the glass?

you will see a picture of the rear of the glass, click on it to make it bigger.

There are 4 tabs and a centre ring of tabs, on the broken one I would insert a flat screw driver between the glass and the mirror and carefully prize it out. It's broken anyway....

Spray some lubrication, such as silicone (NOT WD40) on the area on the body of the mirror where the glass clips on to ease replacement.

I am sure if you purchase from the guy in the link, it will come with fitting instructions.
