Technical Sliding door catch replacement cable

Hi,

I have a 2007 Doblo fitted out as a camper, the passenger-side sliding door has a catch that stops it from closing. Using the handle to close also pulls a cable that unclips the catch at the bottom. This cable is broken.

I understand from searching here that removing the door panels will give me access to replace the cable but none of the posts have an answer to the question of where to buy a replacement cable and I guess I'm using the wrong terminology as a Google search is not helping either.

So... where would I get a new cable, please?
