Yeah I've now got a carpeted false floor in the back now, for my ICE install which is on it's way

Cage would be too expensive and unnecessary for me, but a caged GP would look cool! I might get buckets sometime down the road though hopefully

your insurance will go up because removing weight over 20kg from your car permanantly is classed as a mod, as your lousing weight to try and increase speed, thats what mine said when i asked them about removing them anyway

Well it's sort of not permanent, I put them back in when I need them, done it a couple of times now. We'll see what happens though once I have all the stuff in.

What if you remove 20kg then added a sub and amp..

Another reason is that that people who tend to take out the back seats track their cars and are a higher risk (same with putting buckets in your car)

Yeah same with upgrading the brakes for better stopping power, higher insurance

thats what local garages are for i cant wait for my de-cat to arrive it wont even touch the floor before its bolted on!
