Technical DAB Radio stopped working

I have a 2016 (just - registered on 31/12/2016) model - 500X - and a couple of years ago the DAB radio stopped working. I can use it on FM/MW etc.

Initially it would work for around 20-30 minutes of a journey and then drop out. But then after a while it stopped working altogther.

This happened a couple of years ago. I have made it a New Year Resolution to look into it and try to get it fixed - if it won't cost too much money.

Any ideas of where I can start troubleshooting/where I should be looking. I am not technical, but neither do I have loads of money to get it looked at professionally. (And as I can listen to nonDAB radio, then it isn't crucial...but I like having the song displayed) I'm hoping it might be a quick easy fix once I start to look in to it.

I’ve re posted this thread from the motorhome section hopefully someone can assist. I have an ongoing issue with the Uconnect 10 headset, no DAB stations in the DAB function the scan search arrows > don’t appear to do anything when pressed as though it can’t or won’t scan DAB channels, can only...

As I suggested earlier in that thread, a loose connection was the cause.

Thank you. I'll have a go at working out how to check this to see if a simpleton like me can do it...when it is a bit warmer / lighter outside.

Yes, bad ground for example.
