"I have a gasoline car. I have replaced the turbo and the PCV valve. Still, the car emits a lot of smoke when it is idling. The PCV has a tube that connects to the intake manifold. When I remove that tube, it seems like the car doesn't emit smoke. As soon as I put it back on, it starts emitting smoke again."

"It is possible that the new PCV valve is defective."

If the turbocharger is new then the problem is inside the engine.
The valve gaskets.

The car runs very well. Someone at the service station told me it has a blocked crankcase.

Yes but it burns oil, even i lower quantities.
The blue smoke of burning oil has to come from somewhere.
So either worn pistons, valve guide seals, etc.
Just a small point, although new has anyone checked the outlet side of the new turbo as they often vary wildly in quality.
