General Big push button by the drivers seat

Daft question
What is the big button on the floor by the drivers seat
I have just removed the mats out of my B ready for some welding
And there it is

Grab a pic, but if I had to guess it's probably the fuel pressure reset. In the case of an accident the fuel system will deactivate, and that button should re-pressurise the system.
