Had to put a new caliper on as the nipple on the old one was seized and snapped trying to bleed it up
Looks tidy. I'd just keep it standard personally 
Great advice so far, your car looks lovely as it is and probably drives superbly but I remember the urge to tinker being never stronger than with that first car.
More power is one route but also consider experiments with suspension, tyres and brakes. - They're all interesting learning curves and since you're clearly interested in learning, then the sooner you start... etc.
None of these areas are free to play with though - it all costs a bit of money and although bolting on engine bits is fun and could deliver a power increase it won't transform the performance without going deep inside.

I know it's going to be a lot of money to get th panda stupidly quick and if I do increase the power I will need better brakes and try to reduce the body roll and get tyres and wider wheels to allow more grip and I'll try to keep you updated as much as possible
Just for future references, if you will be after front anti roll bar and a set of side wheel arch extensions with side skirts just give me shout. Side skirts can be seen in my Black Panda Wanda threat.
Not necessarily, Standard Panda brakes in some guises are very good for the size of car, and I believe there are a fair few 100HP Panda conversions going around with standard brakes, as although they're quicker cars they still have about the same top speed due to the shape and aerodynamics of a Panda
Echoing what MEP said, brakes might not need anything, I'd much rather spend money on decent tyres. My stock brakes can easily lock the front wheels even from 35-40mph.

Oh right it's just I was told if I increased the power I'd also have to improve the brakes and how do they fit the 100hp engine in?
From someone who doesn't know what they're on about clearly, I'd steer clear, sounds like they make a lot of generic assumptions

Will do thanks for all the advice and what would need doing if I put a 100hp engine into the panda or has anyone tried the twin air turbo engine
Have a search on here, been done several times and should have all the info you require.
TA won't think high wise from what I've heard, I think VmanC has tried/looked into it.
I think a TA fits, its all the complicated ECU/wiring stuff that would make the swap difficult, not anywhere near as simple as mk1 Punto engines that we like so much

I'll have to give the mk1 punto ago when I've got spare money, at the minute I'm trying to focus on low and slow
Not sure about the height of the TA, it's the 500 Abarth that I found was very tall, probably too tall for a Panda. I'm only at the tape measure stage though so may be proved wrong when I physically offer it up.

Got to ask, where would you get a TwinAir or 500 Abarth engine from?
Well I already have an Abarth engine, but if I didn't I'd be looking at scrapyards and eBay.

Have quite a few TAs and Abarths been crashed already?
You'd be surprised. I picked mine up three years ago, the scrapyards are probably swimming in them now
