Thought I'd start a fresh thread for my car :)

Here is how she stands today.

Ah it never bothers me gives me that joy of cleaning it again, i rarely cleaned my old car to be honest and it was red :D

black cars look so good when clean (y)

prob a mega stupid q but why do u always block out ur no plate?......its a car not your identity...aka mothers maiden name ect.... honestly not meaning to be funny...genuinely dont understand?

Aha I've always done it, I think I started doing it when my car got broken into last year and lost a lot of expensive stuff :( most people know my number plate anyway, but it is a public forum so i like to keep it hidden for security reason nothing else :)

So I've been busy today getting car all ready for Brooklands! :)

Tomorrow giving it a full over wash, wax & colour restore (y)

But for now I thought I'd do some cable management & fit two footwell led's i ordered last weekend :D

Here's the piccies!



(People who have seen my car in person, would know this area was messy with tons of cables hanging loose!) unfortunately i dont have a before picture, so take my word for it!



Subwoofer RCA & Remote wire is now hidden away behind the plastic trim.



Subwoofer 12v wire is now hidden away behind the plastic trim like the other side.

And lastly!



The RED led's! Not a great picture because it's still light outside, will try and get a night time shot of them, probably tonight :)

That it is all folks! Probably post piccies tomorrow of her shinning like a new penny! ;)

I'm intrigued by your thread with the 150hp :eek: what you doing sticking a turbo under there ;)

yeah but my problem with lowering is the damn strut bolts have sheared but i guess i could get molegrips on them and take them off and replace :)

I'm thinking a Sporting but then I've already started with Abarth so Abarth spoiler then :D

yeah my wheels the paint is starting flake off :( well there's like odd patches im guessing stone chips?

but then again my alloys could do with refurbing though cause there's a bit of curbing there which you can just about see in the piccies :eek:

Haha no its top secret until it all comes together by September time hopefully :p

Ahh not good! :thumbdown: but if you can get them replaced as the gap is huge ;)

Nothing like mixing and matching the sporting and abarth stuff :p I did it haha

I'm just gonna go with my good guess of HGT engine :p if you get your mk2 to 150 you can do mine! :D

So you say a sporting spoiler and then rest abarth? Cause obviously I want to get the abarth bumpers they look so damn nice! :)

No I can say its not a HGT :D haha and I will hit my 150bhp target I'm pretty sure of that :p

Yeah I personally prefer the sporting spoiler but that's just me :) and yeah the abarth bumpers are the nicest IMO did you see the rear one I posted in my thread for you?

Damn! leaving me in expense here...not nice :( shoot a hint ;)

Yeah, but unfortunately my ebay account got restricted due to unknown reason :confused: so i cant buy off ebay :( it says read emails but nothing there i hate ebay anyway :)

Hahaha I'm sorry :p well it is an engine transplant that is all I will say ;)

Ahh bad times! But fair enough just have to search all the forums and Gumtree etc... :)
