Technical Amber Engine check light on

I have a 2018 fiat ducato Mohome
The amber engine check warning light is on
If I take the vehicle on a short run but give the engine a bit of hard work ,up a steep hill say, the waring light goes off when restarting
I suspected lambda sensor at the cat , does anyone else have / had this problem?? Any answer will be great fully received

This will identify if the sensor is working as a minimum
